Job Summary
As an Associate within the Human Resource Workforce Analytics team, you will be responsible to help stakeholders across the organization make data-driven decisions by translating complex data insights into easy-to-understand stories that drive action. You should have a strong and proven track record of delivering error reporting solutions to clients across geographies and businesses in a timely manner, meeting client demands for workforce data related solutions through processes improvements, automation, story-telling, and operational excellence

Job responsibilities
- Partner with both Human Resource and non-Human Resource clients to support the reporting needs of the firm in accordance with established data privacy standards
- Demonstrate ability to translate business reporting requirements into meaningful, efficient, and sustainable reporting solutions
- Ability to work with large volumes of sensitive/confidential data and create meaningful insights from the data
- Deliver Adhoc and Standard reports and/or Data visualizations to clients across geographies and businesses in a seamless and timely manner
- Understand available tools and processes to efficiently deliver reporting and analysis to clients
- Actively contribute to the continuous review, development, and modification of self-service reporting products available
- Participate in scheduled testing of data/data elements because of integrations, fixes, or product upgrades
- Proactively manage data quality through auditing and analyzing report outputs
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Minimum 5+ years of working experience with Bachelor's Degree including business, mathematics, and/or art or equivalent working experience
- Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills, ability to apply a range of analytical tools, gain and synthesize insights and develop solutions
- Requires attention to detail, organizational and ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment with changing and competing initiatives
- Experience working on fast-paced, cross-functional teams in demanding business environments
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to share ideas concisely, clearly, and accurately
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Hands-on skills and experience in Alteryx Designer, Alteryx Server, and the tools with Alteryx
- Basic understanding of Extract Transform Load (ETL) using SQL and associated tools (Alteryx preferred), understanding of data flows and backend connections for visualization tools
- Hands on experience with Tableau or QlikView or any other visualization tool
- Experience with AWS Native Tools like QuickSight or Athena will be added advantage
