This team is responsible for managing Treasury strategies forecasts and providing analytics for senior management
As an Associate in Financial Analysis within the Treasury - Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) team, part of the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Treasury Planning and Analysis (P&A) team, you will manage stress forecasting for balance sheet, Net Interest Income (NII), Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA), and Supplementary Leverage Ratio (SLR) with clear explanation of results. You will collaborate with all CIB sub-lines of business to aid in the preparation, review, and submission of the CCAR FR Y-14M and FR Y-14Q reports to the Federal Reserve Board (FRB). Additionally, you will participate in various analytics for senior management across all regulatory constraints to support CIB's goals of maximizing return on capital, balance sheet usage, liquidity, and leverage.

Responsibilities:
- Manage stress forecasting for balance sheet, NII, FTP, RWA and SLR with articulation of results. This includes partnering across all sub lines of business to support the preparation, review and submission of the CCAR FR Y-14M and FR Y-14Q reporting to the FRB.
- Analysis of Macros Economic Variables (MEVs) for the current cycle vs the prior cycle and to understand its impact on the LOBs projection
- Preparing the FRY - 14A PLBS schedule based on the Firmwide CCAR requirement and submission of the same in the neutron system
- Performing the Variance Analysis, PQ0 - PQ1 analysis and providing the answers to the CCST questions post the corporate submission
- Supporting the NY team in preparing the corporate treasury and senior managers review presentation
- Ensuring accurate and timely action on stress forecasting analytics including enhancements and design of periodic ad-hoc reporting for Corporate and Risk Assessment groups Liaise, partner and build strong relationship with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT and other support functions to drive implementation of capital planning and forecasting methodologies in production systems
- Understand key regulatory and business drivers of capital management and decision making and their impact on overall Treasury and corporate wide risk metrics and performance
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of financial services experience, experience in CCAR/stress testing is good to have
- Familiarity with Balance Sheet, banking products and regulatory capital requirements is must.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently
- Thrives on challenges in a fluid working environment
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other reporting/visualization tools
- Strong oral and written communication skills; comfortable presenting results to key stakeholders and senior management
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Preferable Python experience
