As an Asset & Wealth Management Operations - Process Transformation - Vice President in Asset & Wealth Management business, you will leverage your analytical expertise and deep industry knowledge to drive strategic transformation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, designers, technologists, and external partners to develop and implement a standardized, integrated operating model. Your role will involve extensive stakeholder management, technical acumen, development of detailed functional requirements or the creation of low-code solutions. This includes leveraging tools such as Unqork for workflow automation, Signavio for process mapping and decision modeling, and Alteryx for ETL, among others.

Job responsibilities

  • Drives the development and execution of an integrated operating model that aligns with organization's goals
  • Leads complex projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and integrate new technologies, while collaborating with regulatory and client-focused teams to adapt to new requirements
  • Builds and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and teams, Client Service, and Marketing along with external parties, to foster effective communication, collaboration and drive successful implementation of process improvements
  • Conducts thorough analysis of current processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation
  • Develops and document detailed data and functional requirements to support process changes

  • Fosters team development by enhancing methodologies, presenting ideas, and partnering with data and technology teams to create reusable assets

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Extensive experience in process design and implementation to drive measurable business scale
  • Strong leadership skills in strategic change management and process re-engineering, particularly in technology-driven projects.
  • Ability to build and influence relationships with colleagues, business leaders, and functional partners, with a consultative approach to understanding and anticipating business partner needs.
  • Highly motivated with strong people management, problem-solving, and transformation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with strong documentation, analytical, and reasoning skills.
  • Inherent curiosity about user behavior and the ability to articulate insights effectively.
  • Prior experience with process mapping / modeling using BPMN2.0 standards
  • Technical aptitude with a proven track record of delivering business value using low code automation platforms like Signavio, Unqork, Alteryx
  • Understanding of core concepts of data analysis, ETL, and management e.g. KPIs, KRIs, KGIs etc.
  • Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Consulting or working experience in delivering transformational solutions for Client Service organizations
  • A thorough understanding of all aspects of the Target Operating Model framework and project experience
  • Technical background in workflow automation and application development
  • Certifications in capabilities like BPMN, DMN and low-code tooling
  • A solid working understanding of foundations of AI and how it can be applied to transform how we work
  • Familiarity with Asset and Wealth Management business model, products, and organizations
