As an Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) Campus Recruiter in Early Careers, you will manage the campus recruitment processes for our various summer programs, including sourcing, hiring attraction and helping to manage the summer internship program(s), which serves as pipelines for full-time hiring and recruiting efforts. You will manage aligned recruitment territories, working with and managing business clients in identifying, recruiting and hiring top talent across the United States and internationally.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with internal and external partners to identify, recruit and hire top talent into the campus analyst programs across Asset & Wealth Management, including but not limited to our fellowship, summer and full-time analyst programs.
- Lead, build and partner with senior leaders, program management, and business teams to formulate an effective recruiting strategy
- Learn and understand the AWM business and clearly communicate the AWM value proposition as it pertains to identifying, recruiting and hiring top talent; educating candidates about the nature of the roles offered and assist candidates in navigating opportunities and the recruitment timeline and process.
- Offer an exceptional client experience, providing a consultative recruitment approach to working with highly detailed and experienced business clients and professionals - have a proficiency in vetting candidate profiles, strong eye for diversity, track and manage candidate progression, facilitate the interview process, communicate offer decisions, really understanding the complexity and impact campus recruitment can have on the future of the firm.
- Build and maintain relationships with key school clubs and organizations, ensuring proper visibility and marketing of AWM programs with candidates, faculty, administrators and any other appropriate recruiting partners.
- Organize and attend in-person and virtual campus recruitment events aimed at attracting top talent, and raising AWM program and brand awareness.
- Have a strong eye for recruiting top talent including those from underrepresented populations. Collaborate with the AWM campus team and diversity partners to build, execute and successfully track a diversity recruiting strategy.
- Collect and manage data with an strong attention to detail, professional and efficient communication and confidence. Measure recruiting success and provide key metrics to management. Examples of key metrics: diversity, target hires, summer intern conversion rates, summer and full time acceptance rates.
- Manage full-cycle candidate and business experience including the selection, training and evaluation process, and provide organized and timely updates to stakeholders on progression of the processes
- Partner with internal stakeholders and program management teams on the summer Intern and Fellowship experiences, including performance development and conversion process to the full-time campus program.
- Partner with clients, stakeholders, program management, marketing, training and development and new hire experience teams on the summer analyst experience, including performance development and conversion process to full-time analyst.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- A bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of applicable business experience or campus recruiting experience
- Demonstrates strategic thinking and strong attention to detail
- Displays organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Demonstrates impeccable relationship management and consulting skills as it relates to providing exceptional client service both internally and externally
- Exhibits the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders; has desire to build knowledge and understanding of our businesses
- Possesses strong communication and presentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrates the skills and abilities necessary to lead projects, take initiative and work in a team setting and collaborate/take lead on projects and deliverables
- Able to meet travel requirements during peak recruiting seasons
- Ability to deal appropriately with highly confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skill, while also being able to work independently on various projects
