Join us as a highly motivated Sales Support in the Team Wholesales - this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career and acquire additional knowledge of the asset management business and financial industry at one of the leading financial services institutions.

As an Asset Management, Wholesales, Sales Support (all genders) within our German Wholesales team, you will primarily focus on bolstering our German funds business with Key Account Clients. Your responsibilities will include closely collaborating with Wholesale Client Advisors to provide exceptional service to our clients, coordinating client meetings and calls, and managing client relationships. You will also be tasked with sourcing and preparing responses for clients' ad-hoc questions or reporting requests, and liaising with other local and global teams. Additionally, you will oversee tasks for working students, conduct market analyses using Morningstar, Bloomberg, digital tools and AI technologies, and ensure effective compliance and controls within your area of responsibility, fostering a positive attitude towards compliance and controls.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Wholesale Client Advisors to deliver outstanding service to our clients.
  • Support the sales team by coordinating client meetings, -calls and internal meetings.
  • Engage in client contact and relationship management.
  • Source and prepare responses for clients' ad-hoc questions or reporting requests.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other local and global teams.
  • Coordinate tasks for working students.
  • Conduct market analyses using Morningstar, Bloomberg, digital tools and AI technologies.
  • Ensure effective compliance and controls within your area of responsibility and promote a positive attitude towards compliance and controls.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • A degree in economics, business administration, or a related field with an interest in pursuing a CFA or other industry qualifications in the future.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Capability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, along with experience in utilizing LLM AI tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Eagerness to develop an entrepreneurial mindset and project management skills.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • A strong team player with a focus on organization, time management, and efficiency.
  • Exceptionally flexible and able to perform with a keen attention to detail in a dynamic team environment.
  • Service- and client-oriented, proactive, self-reliant, and communicative.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Familiarity with the Asset Management industry and investment funds is an advantage
