As an Associate / Analyst in the Sales Support Team, you will support the Taiwan Business coverage and enhance the sales support function.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the overall administrative affairs of Sales Heads and work closely with them to provide high quality of client service, include but not limited to managing business correspondence, connecting with internal/external clients to manage schedules
- Formulate internal Standard Operation Procedure for matters related to day-to-day routine of the business
- Assist the team to coordinate different business projects in accordance to the business growth of the Taiwan market, involving in overall project control, timeline management, progress tracking and communication with stakeholders across functions to deliver implementation
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.
- University graduate in Business, Finance and / or related discipline with a minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- At least 4 years of solid administrative experience
- Good command of oral, listening and written English
- Good communication skills, detail-oriented, honesty, proactive, partnership and positive attitude with team work spirit
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment with tight deadlines. Ability to multi-task while delivering results with quality
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Asset Management background is preferable
