The ReEntry program offers experienced professionals, who are currently on an extended career break of at least two years, the support and resources needed to relaunch their careers. The program spans over 30 locations worldwide.

The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning April 22, 2025 and ending July 31, 2025 with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JPMorganChase at the end of the program. The permanent placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set.

The Asset Management Client Skills Training (CST) Teams mission is to create the most productive, trusted, and integrated client teams in the industry. We are dedicated to designing, developing, and delivering consistent skills and knowledge-based global training programs for Investment Specialists, Client Advisors, and Client Service professionals. We are part of a the broader Global Product Strategy, Development & Client Skills Training organization, ideal for someone looking for deep insight and connection to the entire Asset Management business, with interactions with senior stakeholders

As a Project Management associate on the Client Skills Training team you will be focused on three key areas: Instructional Design, Program Management, and Business Management/Strategy within the Client Skills Training organization. In this role, you will partner closely with all levels of management across the Asset Management business, including senior stakeholders, providing the opportunity to develop new skills and build a strong foundation for your future career within JPMAM.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage project plans and timelines, coordinate logistics, and measure the success of training initiatives. Drive the implementation of our Asset Management Training Strategy.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to design engaging training content, assessments, and workshops. Ensure content builds on foundational programs and bridges to advanced learning.
• Support strategic initiatives and key priorities - providing insights for continuous improvement. Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders to drive our training strategy

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Passion for innovation, productivity, process improvement and helping others grow.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; experience with video, virtual meeting technology, or learning technology
