As a Product Manager in the team, you will actively engage in maintaining and developing relationships between the investment desks and distribution teams. You will represent your investment team on business related matters, including, but not limited to marketing, product development and sales/retention strategy. Job Responsibilities
- Be equipped with solid capability to communicate financial markets and fund products in terms of the investment philosophy, investment strategy, portfolio construction, performance contribution and other matters relevant to the product.
- Communicate professional information in different client & channel languages. Clients refer to internal sales, direct clients, channel financial advisors and institution clients. The candidate should be able to present necessary information in both written and spoken context, and therefore promote products to generate sales and grow AUM.
- Possess great communication and team working for coordination
- Work effectively and proactively with the team and all internal parties
- Act as a team player to achieve overall business objectives
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related discipline
- At least 6 years of working experience in financial industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese, conversational spoken and written English
- SITCA License, or Senior Brokerage License is a must
- Self-motivator, achiever, goal getter and able to work independently with multitasks
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experienced in product communication of mutual funds
- CSIA or CFA qualification
