Morgan Asset Management where we offer the full spectrum of investment strategies - from equity, fixed income, cash management, currency and asset allocation to alternative asset classes such as private equity and hedge funds.

As an Associate in Product Implementation and Change Management, you will oversee the comprehensive solutioning and implementation of intricate and critical fund launches, life-cycle events, and the onboarding of new instruments and markets. Furthermore, as the lead for change management in Taiwan, your role will encompass leading negotiations and managing resources with our key vendors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product teams, Operations, Product Development, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Controls to design and implement investment solutions for new business opportunities and complex change events.
  • Execute established project plans, ensuring timely communication and delivery of key deliverables to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage issue resolution effectively, ensuring timely mitigation of key roadblocks and appropriate escalation.
  • Liaise with external parties for the execution of change requests and management of vendor relationships.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance ore related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within the financial industry.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to drive solutions and execute.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage with senior leaders and business users.
  • A strong team player with a keen learning attitude, high commitment, self-motivation, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • A meticulous attention to detail, prioritizing accuracy and quality in all tasks.
