Asset Management - Product Development - VP

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive analysis on fund industry trends, including underlying assets, funds, fund management companies, and the industry

Track regulatory developments and peers' activities to assess impacts on product development and explore business opportunities.

Lead end-to-end product development, including product innovation, collaborate with different functions to drive the launch of new products

Track the company's product line. Including product positioning, performance competitiveness, strategy stability, etc.

Conduct research on specific topics. Including overseas developments, product layout, strategy optimization, etc.

Conduct competitive analysis. Refine the advantages/ weaknesses of the product, and communicate with the demand side.

Other tasks assigned

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in fund product development, fund research and evaluation, strategic analysis, etc., familiar with the mutual fund industry and fund strategies. Strong communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of evolving regulatory frameworks, paired with expertise in research and product innovation.

Proficient in data processing & analysis skills, skilled use of financial terminal

Fluency in English and Mandarin

Pressure-handling ability
