As a Sales Support Associate in the Korea Funds Business team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Funds and Institutional Client Advisors. You will engage with clients, conduct industry research, and assist in various client service and relationship management activities. Your efforts will help us deliver first-class business solutions and maintain our commitment to ethical and compliant practices.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support Client Advisors proactively in all aspects of sales efforts and relationship management
- Handle requests and respond to enquiries from clients/prospects/business partners
- Conduct research on industry and competitors with guidance from senior colleagues
- Assist in reporting, translation, interpretation, record update, RFPs/RFIs and tender submission
- Liaise with relevant internal business partners on system/workflow enhancement, marketing, compliance and regulatory required policies and projects
- Compile internal reports for senior management on a regular and ad hoc basis
- Coordinate and assist with events planning
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- University Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant finance experience
- Self-starter who is adaptive, fast-learning, responsive, reliable, extremely well-organized, detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
- A high level of proficiency in spoken and written English and Korean
- Exceptional aptitude for following up and following through on assigned tasks
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Functional with the internet/intranet and proprietary software
