The North America Client Platform team, part of the Client Service organization, is responsible for strengthening the Client Service controls environment, regulatory reporting, control monitoring, client communications and managing initiatives for the Americas Client Service organization.
As an Analyst on the Client Platform team, you will collaborate with the team and with colleagues across Asset Management, including sales, client service, product, finance, operations, and technology, to coordinate client communications and enhance, monitor, and perform Client Service controls.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in initiatives aimed at identifying gaps and improving and simplifying processes
- Manage projects with multiple workstreams, including developing and managing a project plan, synthesizing and interpreting data and implementation
- Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for meetings and other events
- Support and execute Client Service communications including collaborating with strategic partners and coordinating distribution
