Exciting opportunity to be part of the Asia Pacific Digital & Platform Services (APAC DPS) Change team within Commercial and Investment Bank (CIB) Operations that leads the implementation of all digital solutions to the organization. Digital Solutions comprises Intelligent Automation such as Robotic Process Automation (UiPath), Data Transformation Tools (Alteryx, Python scripting), Data Analytics & Visualization Tools (Tableau, Qlik), workflow tools (PEGA), Content Management tools (Data digitization/OCR), and Large Language Models (LLMs) that enhance efficiency, improve quality of transaction management, and automate manual processes.
As a Change Associate within the Digital Solutions team, you will support the implementation of digital solutions across teams in APAC CIB Operations from solution design to implementation. The uniqueness of this role is that it is not just any project management role; you are expected to roll up your sleeves and develop solutions using digital tools, proactively perform research & discovery on fintech/new technology solutions, and leverage LLMs and OpenAI API for innovative solutions. You will have experience with the above digital solution tools and should be passionate about digital technology, with an innovative mindset to discover and bring new ideas and then navigate the way through to successfully execute the idea. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills to influence and inspire the wider Operations as well as manage key stakeholders globally.

Job Responsibilities
- Utilize multiple digital tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, DocuSign, PEGA Workflow Tool, and LLMs to deploy solutions to the organization to help solve operational problems.
- Manage project documentation and tracking throughout the development lifecycle according to existing automation governance.
- Understand business processes in detail where required and actively challenge the status quo.
- Evaluate evolving products or the latest cognitive technologies, including LLMs and OpenAI API, to reinforce product offerings.
- Communicate with a wide variety of audiences internally and externally (clients and vendors) and actively manage stakeholders, from project status reporting to escalation of risks and issues.
- Conduct independent research on industry new technology and fintech, including LLMs, and identify new areas for the team to explore.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma holder
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in using low-code tools / project management
- Coding experience in UiPath / Alteryx / Python / PEGA, with a keen interest in learning more, including LLMs and OpenAI API
- True innovator from within; creative and able to think outside the box with curiosity to learn newer products in the industry
- Demonstrate the ability to structure complex problems and independently source solutions
- Excellent time management skills; able to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines independently
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
- Good interpersonal skills, exceptional relationship building, and influencing skills
