As an Analyst in our APAC Benefits team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development the optimal solution for our firm's employee benefits programs, such as group insurance policies and retirement plans. You will collaborate with local HR colleagues to ensure effective implementation and management of these programs, aligning them with our global benefits philosophy whilst balancing local requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of the firm's employee benefits programs and related policies across APAC
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and vendors in each location to ensure effective program implementation and management
- Work with tax and legal advisors to ensure programs meet regulatory requirements
- Close communication with key stakeholders to promote awareness and understanding of employee benefits offerings
- Perform demographic analysis and cost projections to assess feasibility of different program designs
- Support the day to day maintenance as well as periodic review of benefits programs
- Manage the collection, verification and submission of data for reporting and other purposes
- Monitor key risks, such as financial, regulatory, investment and operational risks, across APAC
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Highly motivated individual eager to develop and strengthen benefits knowledge and skills
- Strong team player with excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines
- Proactive and comfortable raising questions
- Relationship builder with good communication skills
- Flexible approach to work across different locations and cultures
- Analytically minded problem solver with attention to detail
- Strong awareness of risk management
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Assumed knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
- Basic knowledge of employee insurance and pension is a plus
- 1-2 years' experience in Human Resources is a plus
