Our team focuses on building engaging training programs and impactful experiences to help our Private Bank Advisors and Sales Managers harness the collective power of our firm.
As a Asia Client Skills Training & Practice Management Designer and Facilitator within our team, you will have the opportunity to partner closely with Sales Managers and Advisors in Hong Kong and Singapore. Your role will be pivotal in helping professionals become more productive and trusted advisors. You will leverage your relevant experience and deep understanding of client skills and practice management concepts to contribute to the success of our Advisors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of our Private Bank Client Skills Training Strategy and Program in Asia
- Understand the business needs and practices of high performing Advisors and use this knowledge to build collateral for training programs
- Oversee the development, facilitation, and marketing of training experiences
- Measure key metrics for each experience to help assess impact and communicate progress to key stakeholders
- Work with global partners on International Programs while ensuring regional needs are well represented and understood
- Manage budget, maintain strong controls in in close partnership with internal partners and in accordance with company policies and regulatory changes
- Scheduled periodic international travel required

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Minimum 4 years work experience; coaching certification and/or experience in Wealth Management business
- B.A. degree in related field
- Experience designing, building and facilitating training programs
- Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to differing audiences
- Ability to work with large data sets to pull trends and insights, and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders
- Inclusive leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across different groups and regions
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Coaching certification and/or experience in Wealth Management business is desired
