Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Area Product Analyst to join our team. The Area Product Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, conducting demand research, and providing insights to support the development and optimization of a specific area within our product suite. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related the annuities product area. Provide actionable insights to support prioritization and decision-making.
- Process Research: Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and opportunities that would streamline the process.
- Performance Metrics: Work with the APO and Agility lead to define, improve, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your area. Use data to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Work with cross functional teams to update, review and maintain reports and dashboards to ensure accuracy and completeness. Create awareness on findings and insights to the annuity's product team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven decisions are integrated into the product development process.
- User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product enhancements.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Experience with Agile
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Align, JIRA, Confluence, and LLM
- Knowledge of agile framework, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques.
