As an HR Specialty Servicing Professional in APAC Talent Acquisition, you deliver a best in class, streamlined, and personalized experience to both current and prospective employee in support of their HR needs. You will adhere to company policies and guidelines, supporting our mission to make dreams possible for everyone, everywhere, every day. Your expertise will be crucial in providing an exceptional onboarding experience for new joiners across 17 APAC countries. Based in Singapore, you will serve as a subject matter expert in regional hiring and onboarding processes, related regulations, exceptional client service, cross-functional support, and quality monitoring.

Job responsibilities:

  • Partner with local and Regional Recruiters, Local HR, Regional Onboarding Teams and other offshore teams to deliver a seamless offer and onboarding process that provides a first-class experience for new joiners.
  • Ensure that data integrity is monitored and maintained for all systems / processes in the Talent Acquisition Operations and Onboarding process up to JPM internal standard.
  • Contribute to regional and local projects, including on-site local or virtual orientation programs
  • Continually enhance processes, controls and support any AI or automation initiatives.
  • Be a subject matter expert (SME) for the onboarding process in the APAC region, Singapore specific regulatory requirement like MyCareerFuture (MCF) and Fair Consideration Framework (FCF).
  • Execute controls in support of regulatory requirements and particulate in any project or mitigation, as required
  • Become main point of contact for any Singapore Employment Pass Application

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with 2 years professional experience.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to understand the request from all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach to identify and resolve issues, taking ownership from escalation through to resolution.
  • Time management skills coupled with the ability to organize and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow complicated and enhance processes.
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management, able to manage challenging client interactions independently.
  • Ability to deliver results and meet deadlines under pressure and rapidly changing environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience in automation tools like, PowerQuery or Alteryx, creating management reports, presentations, project management skills would be advantageous
