As a Product Owner, Business Analyst and Project Manager within the Asia Pacific Finance Regulatory Reporting team, you will participate in projects to implement strategic last mile reporting platforms that support local regulatory reporting and capital calculation/reporting. In addition, you will support local regulatory changes in the different jurisdictions, demands from business expansion, GL optimization, technology modernization and global alignment in data sourcing and consumption. The Project Manager is accountable for providing senior management comprehensive project updates.

- Collaborate with Finance users, Technology and external vendors to deliver strategic regulatory reporting solutions, including process re-engineering, for JPM Finance
- Partner with business users and Tech to prioritise the Book of Work. Prepare the Statement of work, including objectives, scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, priorities, governance models and agile sprint plans. Work closely with CT-scrum master and teams, participate in design/build discussion
- Manage overall project plan, including delivering project communications to multiple stakeholders, chair project governance calls, prepare and present project update at Project Working Group and Steerco meeting
- Document user stories and maintain JIRAs. Perform Product Validation/Proof of Concept, document business requirements, perform SIT & UAT in partnership with Finance users, Technology and external vendors, developing testing approach, scope and plan
- Manage ongoing tactical & strategic finance platform enhancements and automations
- Supervise peers from internal onshore and offshore. Set clear direction, drive performance and develop the team. Provide guidance on business requirements document, translate and streamline complex business requirements into functional specifications for technology build. Guide the team during SIT & UAT in defects resolution
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Information Systems or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with 1 year in the banking industry
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Finance/Product Controller/Business Analyst/Product Owner with regulatory reporting solution implementation
- Strong in data analysis with the ability to gather and validate facts, define gaps, perform impact analyses, draft business requirements, translate and streamline complex business requirements into functional specifications for technology builds
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical and problem-solving skills with strong interest to analyze large volume of data sets and present conclusions concisely
- Highly-motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, demonstrates excellent time management and planning skills, and possesses the ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time
- Positive attitude and easy to work with while delivering on high priority and time sensitive initiatives. Highly inquisitive, solution-focused, enthusiastic, diligent, and capable of challenging status-quo
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Knowledge and experience of industry leading regulatory reporting vendor application e.g., Adenza (Axiom), WKFS, Reveleus and ledger and system upgrade/implementation
- Ability to use Confluence/Jira/Tableau/Alteryx/UiPath/Excel macro or any digital accelerator tools to support project deliverables
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
