As an Anaplan Solution Architect - Vice President, you will be a strategic problem-solver and team leader in the pursuit of delivering world-class customer focused solutions on the Anaplan platform. You will be charged with designing & implementing solutions around complex stakeholder problems, leading and imparting knowledge to junior team members, and contributing to JPMorganChase's culture of innovation excellence. Leveraging a deep understanding of the Anaplan platform, a track record of enterprise-level success, and extensive P&A domain knowledge, you will build scalable solutions that optimize the use of data assets and advanced platform capabilities. Job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead the design and implementation of end to end solutions on the Anaplan platform
  • Solve challenging business problems with creative and delightful solution experiences
  • Educate customers on platform capabilities, thoughtfully present options, and provide informed recommendations
  • Provide technical direction and architectural guidance to Anaplan model builders, adhering to and pushing the boundaries of platform best-practices and firmwide development standards
  • Develop Anaplan models at an expert level, prioritizing the most complex areas of model construction
  • Exhibit big-picture thinking through thoughtful consideration of a wide base of stakeholders - from data product, to P&A, to business management, to tech, and especially to compliance & risk management
  • Champion agile development principles while efficiently creating deliverables to facilitate end-user buy-in and to ease in change management
  • Exhibit a relentless approach toward learning and continuous process improvement
  • Develop understanding and proficiency of adjacent systems, data products, and data delivery methods
  • Maintain strong controls in close partnership with internal functions and in accordance with company policies

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Certified Master Anaplanner / Solution Architect Certification
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant Anaplan experience
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams and deliver in a fast paced, results driven environment
  • In-depth knowledge of the P&A function (close, budgets, forecasts) and associated systems
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to varied audiences with strong MS Office and product demo skills
  • Experience working in a product environment with knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience in Financial Services, Banking, and Asset Management industries
  • Experience with tools such as Databricks, SQL, Python, Alteryx
