As a Vice President within our advanced technology team, you will be involved in intricate machine learning projects, implementing a range of complex applications such as data analytics, natural language processing, and speech analytics, among others. Your role will require you to excel in a highly collaborative setting, working closely with business professionals, technologists, data scientists, and control partners to transition solutions into production. Your attributes should include patience, energy, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in conflict resolution. Job Responsibilities
- Work on some of the most complex problems imaginable at the intersection of two dynamic industries: Finance and Artificial Intelligence
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, production support, and Business stakeholders to develop and deliver products that can change the way our clients operate, how we service our clients, and how Banking is done today
- Partner with other high-performing teams within JPMC to inspire innovation and champion change throughout the bank
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Atleast 7 years of Project Management experience building applications from conceptualization to launch
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts through experience or coursework
- Experience with working with engineers and data scientists towards building products is a must-have
- Experience with the end-to-end software engineering development lifecycle
- Solid written and spoken communication to effectively communicate technical concepts and results to both technical and business audiences. Curious, hardworking and detail-oriented, and motivated by complex analytical problems.
- Ability to work both independently and in highly collaborative team environments
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Experience with JIRA, MS Office suite, and various request ticketing systems
- Experience with agile methodology (running scrums, sprint planning, etc). Scrum Master certification a plus
- Prior experience as an AI/ML Project Manager and having GenAI experience is a plus
- Familiarity with data science model development lifecycle (data preparation, model training, etc.)
