The Wholesale Client Profitability Analytics Solutions Associate Senior will manage a range of projects coordinating client profitability data and reporting improvements. As an Analytics Solutions Associate within the Wholesale Client Profitability (WCP) Analytics Solutions team, you will manage a range of projects coordinating client profitability data and reporting improvements. You will work collaboratively with business and technology stakeholders to deliver proactive solutions, prioritize requests, and improve client profitability data and reporting. Your role will involve conducting analyses on key issues impacting client profitability to determine root cause and deliver quality documentation capturing proposed solutions. You will also build and maintain key relationships across business stakeholders, and operations and technology partners. We value your ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment, effectively prioritize and multi-task, and your advanced qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.

Job responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with business and technology stakeholders to deliver proactive solutions, prioritize requests, and improve client profitability data and reporting
- Conduct analyses on key issues impacting client profitability to determine root cause and deliver quality documentation capturing proposed solutions
- Build and maintain key relationships across business stakeholders (e.g., project managers, business users, subject matter experts), and operations and technology partners
- Support WCP production related activities with project impact analyses, thorough unit and end-to-end testing, and subject matter expertise
- Prepare and distribute data driven communications, profitability presentations, and business analyses with accuracy and adherence to JPMC brand style guidelines
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Solutions, Data Science, or similar discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in financial services, business analytics, project management, or equivalent.
- Superior written and verbal business communication, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff
- Ability to work independently in a fast moving environment
- Effectively prioritize and multi-task
- Advanced qualitative and quantitative analytical skills with ability to synthesize large data sets and identify targeted, crisp messages- Competence to influence, negotiate and manage conflicts across all levels
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Cognos, SQL and SharePoint
- Confluence, JIRA, JIRA queries, JQL
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- A self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and assimilate business and technical knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience with Databricks, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Python and Alteryx
- Experience with Agile delivery
