Job Summary
As an Analyst within the US Payroll team, you will be responsible to precise payroll processing for our extensive US workforce
Job responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll processing for 200,000 US employees.
- Master Oracle HCM payroll flows and processes for both on and off-cycle payrolls.
- Review and reconcile payroll with precision.
- Identify and implement process improvements in reconciliation and controls.
- Collaborate with various payroll functions for seamless operations.
- Lead process transitions and reporting initiatives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 6+ years of experience as a payroll analyst, senior analyst, or team lead.
- Proficiency in multiple payroll functions and systems.
- Strong understanding of payroll principles and Oracle HCM, with advanced reconciliation skills
- Excellent business partnering and acumen.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced analytics and payroll modeling expertise.
- Proficient in reporting.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with Oracle Reporting tools like OTBI
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and payroll query handling
- Knowledge of basic automation tools such as Power Query/Excel
