Job Summary
As an Analyst Human Resource Employee Servicing Professional within the APAC Payroll, you will be required to deliver a best in class, simplified, and personalized experience to current and former employees in support of their HR needs. You will be required to interact with all employee types at various levels on a range of topics and/or issues using strong attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and empathetic support.
Job responsibilities
- Payroll processing for APAC locations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll
- Co-ordinate with various stakeholders for payroll & off boarding inputs/documents to ensure deliverables are met.
- Manage payroll and off boarding deliverables as per agreed payroll schedule
- Follow agreed SOP in day to day operations and look for ways of improving processes
- Ensure to share payroll reports to respective stakeholders (Finance, HR etc.)
- Lead Tax Year-end activities to meet regulatory timelines

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Graduate with 5-7 years of experience
- Should be flexible to adapt changes and works well in teams
- Demonstrated analytical skills including attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and HR Systems
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Good communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
- Exposure to Intelligent Automation tools will be an added benefit
