Join this fast-paced team as a Vice President, supporting Equities Product Control.
As a Vice President within the Americas Equity Derivatives Group, you will have the opportunity to lead the Corporates, Convertible Bonds and Financing Product Control team based in New York. You will be working with a wide range of equity products, from vanilla to highly complex products and structures. This role is a perfect fit for someone with extensive Product Control knowledge and expertise who is ready to take their career to the next level. You will be responsible for both P&L and Risk, interacting with a range of stakeholders from Front Office, Market Risk Coverage and other key business and control functions. This role will give you the chance to interact with senior stakeholders across the finance organization, making it an important and significant aspect of your role.

Job responsibilities:
- Managing and developing the Americas Corporates, Convertible Bonds, and Financing Product Control team responsible for the production and reporting of the Daily P&L and Risk and ensuring it is completed in an efficient and controlled manner
- Being responsible for integrity of the balance sheet and accounting for the business
- Providing detailed analysis and commentary on the financials to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management
- Partnering with the business and its stakeholders to implement robust controls and implement strategic initiatives
- Identifying and Implementing continuous improvements and ensuring processes adapt to meet changing systems and control requirements
- Creating an inclusive and equitable working environment that builds a culture of trust and gives all team members the opportunity to learn, grow and achieve goals
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- 10+ years Product Control experience or equivalent
- Experience within Product Control related to equity products and derivatives
- Experience of leading and managing teams
- Demonstrable ability to drive strategic initiatives
- Solid understanding of Equity Derivatives and an understanding of associated exotic products including accompanying risks
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail including a strong control focus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.
- Educated to at least Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) level
