Join our dynamic AI/ML solutions team as an AI/ML Solutions Lead, where you will drive strategic initiatives that impact multiple lines of business across our firm.
As an AI/ML Solutions Lead within our centralized AI/ML solutions team, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML use cases, from intake and discovery to solution design and scaling. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will create and evangelize the strategic vision for AI/ML solutions, ensuring alignment and driving innovation across the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) division. Your role will be pivotal in acting as an enterprise product management hub, supporting strategic initiatives across the firm.
In this role, you will oversee the centralized intake process for AI/ML use cases, maintain a comprehensive view of all AI/ML initiatives, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. You will lead the discovery, solution design, and proof of concept (POC) scoping for prioritized use cases, ensuring timely progression through active coordination and communication.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Use Case Intake: Oversee the centralized intake process for AI/ML use cases across CCB and maintain alignment with strategic goals.
- Coordinate Project Lifecycle: Lead discovery, solution design, and POC scoping for prioritized use cases, ensuring timely project progression.
- Strategic Vision & Evangelism: Develop and promote the strategic vision for AI/ML solutions, advocating for their value and impact.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate project status, vision, requirements, and next steps.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Identify and engage strategic partners to contribute to solution design and foster a collaborative environment.
- Change Management: Develop and implement best practices for integrating AI/ML solutions as scalable capabilities.
- Domain Expertise Development: Own a portfolio of work by LOB or function to build deep domain expertise and stay informed about industry trends.
- Best Practices Integration: Incorporate product management, change management, and solution design best practices into all projects.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in AI/ML solution design and implementation within a large enterprise.
- Strong background in product management and managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, methodologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience with change management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Agile best practices and change management techniques.
