AI Product Manager - Infrastructure - Executive Director

The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) at JPMorgan Chase is responsible for accelerating the firm's data and analytics journey. This includes ensuring the quality, integrity, and security of the company's data, as well as leveraging this data to generate insights and drive decision-making. The CDAO is also responsible for developing and implementing solutions that support the firm's commercial goals by harnessing artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to develop new products, improve productivity, and enhance risk management effectively and responsibly

As an AI Product Manager - Infrastructure - Executive Director within the Infrastructure team, you will have the unique opportunity to be a critical player in our firm-wide efforts to drive the adoption and data & AI across the firm. You will drive the product strategy, progression through the product development lifecycle, and partnership with technology partners necessary to deliver best-in-class products for the firm.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver and own the strategic vision and roadmap for infrastructure requirements for AI/ML, Data and Analytics including Identity, Entitlement and Access Management interconnecting JPMC infrastructure, multiple SaaS based vendors and Public Cloud providers
  • Work with stakeholders across the various businesses (Investment Bank, Consumer Bank, etc.) to collect business requirements, create PRDs and ship high quality infrastructure capabilities partnering with our Infrastructure Platforms and Cyber Security organizations
  • Seek and provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities from/to team members to foster a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Identify opportunities to build integrations that will improve the engineering experience of our business teams and enable the organization to move more quickly
  • Challenge existing processes and implementations, looking at ways to refine and simplify

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 10+ years of experience in product management with proven ability to lead and develop high performing product teams
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to positively influence and inspire technology teams and stakeholders
  • In-depth understanding of at least one public cloud is critical (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Expertise in identity brokering, entitlements, access management, provisioning, and observability
  • Real world experience of integrating SaaS providers within an enterprise context and
  • Ability to balance short-term goals and long-term vision in highly complex environments.
  • Strong agile mindset, able to iterate fast and give early feedback
  • Work experience in delivery of enterprise scale products
  • Expertise in API driven architecture

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries
