As an Enterprise Agility Lead, you will be supporting product team and/or tower(s) across our organization and facilitating agile transformation workshops aimed at re-visioning their organization around an agile delivery and customer-centric view as well as leading agility related education classes and workshops. You will be responsible for leveraging and/or developing a transformation playbook that will be key in helping to drive our agility transformation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be thoroughly familiar with the organization's agility strategy, initiatives, and expectations to ensure the alignment with agile operating expectations.
  • Work with Technology Partners and/or Tower Leads to transform the organizations to agility centric teams through the facilitation of assessments and workshops, guide them through transformation playbook by aligning agility priorities based on maturity.
  • Coach technology partners, tower leads, and agility leads in creation and maintenance of the product backlog, including empirical planning and quarterly outcome-based roadmaps.
  • Drive a culture of transparency and shared understanding by using metrics correctly to develop and communicate a clear narrative that correctly conveys the organizations (products and/or towers) strengths and opportunities, and to help teams focus on continuous improvement. Create an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts.
  • Serve as a shock absorber for what's coming next and ensure information is flowing to Agility Leads and across the product group.
  • Promote JIRA Standards & Guidelines (and support Jira Align onboarding)
  • Communicate organizational impediments to leadership; teach and clear impediments for the team.
  • Champion continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coach organization to conduct continuous improvement events.
  • Identify agility related learning priorities (up-skilling & re-skilling) including providing training sessions.
