As an Account Specialist II within our Chase Military Services team, you will be responsible for handling inquiries related to the Military Lending Act (MLA), Servicemember Civil Relief Act (SCRA), and Americans with Disability Act (ADA). You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will involve navigating multiple technologies, problem-solving, and exercising independent judgment to support our customers effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- High School diploma/GED required
- Willingness to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction
- Minimum of one year of customer interaction or customer support experience, either by phone or face-to-face
- Proficiency with basic computer functions, including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment
