Job summary:

The 55ip - Enterprise Advisor Success Manager, Vice President on the 55ip Enterprise Advisor Success team will be responsible for managing 55ip's key strategic relationships with primarily Enterprise RIA's and Platforms. You will serve as the day-to-day point of contact across all functional areas of client and internally to maintain relationship oversight, triage escalation issues, support sales enablement, and provide strategic planning. You will be expected to work in partnership with both internal and external sales partners and Product to drive successful engagement with clients and ultimately increased platform adoption. You will have a strong understanding of the wealth/asset management industry, advisor practice management, and/or financial technology. The individual should have extensive experience within the wealth/asset Management industry with previous roles in sales, relationship management or product related functions

Job responsibilities:

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Support, maintain and expand relationship with a segmented list of existing clients with the goal of driving continued platform adoption, designing enterprise support models, and deepening partnership.
  • Product and Operational Collaboration: Have a deep understanding of 55ip's technical product architecture and operational workflows that are integrated with clients to support and triage client workflows/issues.
  • Business Development Planning: show an aptitude and appetite to deliver high-quality outbound client engagement activity in coordination across 55ip clients, partners, and own resources.
  • Facilitate Feedback: Own the cadence and collection of feedback from clients and partners to ensure success and collection of "data" to formulate Client Engagement and Integration Planning for enhancements, including Executive engagement/reporting results.
  • Client Engagement Planning & Process: Coordinate activities and training in conjunction with clients to align and execute business plans to increase awareness and adoption of the 55ip platform among a subset of financial advisors, in orchestrated team selling process, using the expertise and resources within 55ip to deliver a commercial outcomes.
  • Business leadership: Must have an appetite to grow and expand as 55ip continues its push to becoming the "Industry Standard" in tax-smart investment management.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Willingness to develop a deep understanding of current industry trends and experience working with Financial Advisors.
  • At least 5+ years financial services experience
  • Superior communication skills and previous executive engagement experience.
  • A strong familiarity of investment products and services, model portfolios , tax management and/or knowledge of ETFs a plus
  • Exposure to or working directly with products/capabilities that integrate into advisors technical/operational workflows

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited 4-year university is preferred
