Job Responsibilities
As an Apprentice in the Hong Kong Apprenticeship Program, you will be part of one of our innovative and exciting teams across our lines of businesses: Asset & Wealth Management, Compliance, Equity Research, Finance, Operations and Technology. By working in one of the above businesses, you will:
- Gain Real Work Experience: Work as part of our innovative and dynamic teams across various lines of business, providing you with hands-on experience in the financial services industry.
- Participate in Learning & Development: Engage in induction training and ongoing development programs to enhance your professional skills and industry knowledge.
- Network with Senior Leaders: Attend networking events and sessions with senior colleagues to build valuable relationships and gain insights from experienced professionals.
- Collaborate with Industry Experts: Work alongside experienced professionals, gaining insights into how our businesses collaborate to serve stakeholders globally.
- Develop Essential Skills: Acquire crucial knowledge and skills that will serve as a foundation for a dynamic, long-term career in finance.

This one-year apprenticeship is an excellent first step toward a future career in financial services, laying a solid foundation for a successful future in finance.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Final year Associate Degree/ High Diploma holder students graduating with a qualification by July 2025
- Graduated Associate Degree/ High Diploma graduates with no more than 2 year full-time work experience
- A well-rounded academic background
- All academic disciplines and majors are welcome
- Relevant internship experience and demonstrated leadership in a school or community organization
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task, work in fast-paced environments and comfortable working in teams to deliver results
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and with strong attention to detail
- Available to start work in August 2025
This role is intended to be for an initial term of approximately 12 months only, however, subject to business needs, the contract may be extended or converted to permanent employment.
