As a Germany Working Student in our JPMorganChase Frankfurt office, you will be offered variety, growth, and a great introduction to a range of projects and tasks, and will have extensive exposure to daily operations of a leading financial institution. The program is designed to provide a one-year on the job experience and you will be expected to be available to work for 19 h/week during the semester and full-time during breaks, on-site in Frankfurt. The program runs on the basis of quarterly start dates, with the next cohort starting in June 2025.

In this quarter, roles exist in the following departments: Payments, CIO Treasury, ETF Sales - Europe, Institutional Sales. Depending on the department, each role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in different aspects of the financial services industry, with a variety of responsibilities.
Job responsibilities
- Provides general administrative support on key departmental day-to-day tasks such as document management, team governance, data maintenance and reporting
- Participates in projects from starting point up to completion and provides support to tasks relating to process documentation, automation, and simplification
- Assists in coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining databases
- Supports day-to-day data governance, compliance, and regulatory programs
- Collaborates with and supports other team members, including working with international teams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree during the entire duration of the program
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated interest in Business Administration, Management, Governance, Finance, Economics, Wealth Management, Law, Accounting, Audit or similar
- Knowledge of additional languages, with German often required
