As a participant in the Innovate for Impact Case Study Competition, you will collaborate with peers to develop solutions for a JPMorganChase designed case study. This experience will not only advance your professional skills but also provide a platform to showcase your talents to our team. You will dedicate approximately 3-4 hours a week over three months, developing your case, engaging in Q&A sessions and more, to deepen your understanding of our firm. This competition is a pipeline into our 2026 Corporate Functions and Consumer & Community Banking internship programs.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for case studies
- Engage in Q&A sessions to deepen understanding of JPMorganChase

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Students pursuing a Bachelor's degree or 5th year Master's with an expected graduation date of December 2026 through June 2027
- Students who are attending college in the USA
- Students who desire to intern and work full-time upon graduation in either Delaware or Ohio
- Students who demonstrate an interest in pursuing a 2026 summer internship across our Corporate Functions and Consumer & Community Banking Programs
- All majors are welcome
Team Composition
- Students must register in teams of strictly 4 members, ideally from the same university. Once a team has submitted their application, no modification will be allowed. In the event your team loses a participant, the team will have to withdraw their candidacy and will not progress further in the competition.
Application Process
Submit your application through our JPMorganChase Careers Portal - each team member must individually apply and upload their resume on the JPMorganChase website; as such, there should be four individual applications for each team. Please ensure that all 4 team members' graduation dates in their applications falls between December 2026 and July 2027. All 4 team members should also agree on a team leader and team name before applying as you will be required to submit this information in your application and we will use that to identify your team.
- If all members of the team meet the eligibility criteria, upon successful application, you each will receive a HireVue Video Interview that must be completed within 3 days of receiving. All 4 team members must complete the HireVue in order for your team to be considered.
- Upon successful completion of the HireVue Video Interview, if your team is selected to progress to Round 1, your team will be sent a copy of the competition Terms & Conditions document that each of you will need to review and sign.
More instructions will be provided at a later stage. Failure to submit the signed Terms & Conditions documents will result in automatic disqualification from the competition.
Applications will close on December 29th 2024 at 11:59pm EST
Competition Period
The competition period is between January - March 2025. Below are tentative dates that are subject to change:
- Round 1 (Virtual): January 21st - February 13th
- Round 2 (In-person): March 18th - 21st in Columbus, OH (expenses covered)
This competition will consist of written PowerPoint submissions, virtual presentations and in-person presentations for qualifying teams. The top 12 teams will compete in the Final Round in Columbus, Ohio.
Participants who perform well and qualify, will have the opportunity to have early consideration and potentially interview for one of our six internship programs that are sponsoring this competition.
- The Innovate for Impact Case Study Competition is a pipeline into our 2026 Corporate Functions and Consumer & Community Banking internship programs. To be eligible for Our Corporate Functions and Consumer & Community Banking internship programs, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. Likewise, JPMorganChase, will not provide any assistance or sign any documentation in support of any other form of immigration sponsorship or benefit including optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT).
Internship Opportunity:
Participants will learn about our summer internship programs and have an early opportunity to be considered for 2026 internships in select locations. We are only able to consider those interested in Corporate and CCB programs as this competition is NOT a pipeline into any other programs - i.e. Investment Banking, Private Bank etc.
