2025 Commercial Banking Insights Programs - Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries Summer Analyst Program

The Commercial Banking (CB) Insights Program is designed to attract undergraduates who are interested in early exposure to financial services careers and committed to the advancement of individuals from underrepresented groups in this industry. The Commercial Banking Insights Programs, are seeking undergraduate students, including, without limitation, Black, Hispanic & Latino, and/or Female students, who are interested in exploring career opportunities at JPMorgan Chase. We are looking for dynamic individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives to help us grow and position our businesses for the future. All undergraduate students who are interested in the CB Insights Programs, regardless of background, are welcome to apply. The Commercial Banking Insights Programs virtual conferences will consist of business specific overviews and networking, followed by interviews.

As a Summer Analyst in the 2025 Commercial Banking Insight Program, you will be provided with an introduction to financial services and the firm. You will be exposed to our senior leaders and have an opportunity to learn about our businesses, build professional development skills, and gain insight into how their diverse backgrounds and perspectives as financial services professionals might positively impact the future of people's lives, the firm, and our industry. We will give you the tools to succeed through training and networking with senior leaders and other talented individuals.

The goal of our program is to prepare you to interview for our 2025 Commercial Banking Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries Summer Analyst. As part of the conference, we will offer a variety of components from education about affinity groups to program overviews, along with networking opportunities with senior leaders and advice on the interview process from our campus recruitment team. The Commercial Banking Insight Programs are Advancing Hispanic and Latinos, Advancing Black Pathways, and Winning Women.

Job responsibilities

Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries (MMBSI)

  • Analyze and develop solutions and strategies for mid-size corporations in various industries, municipalities, and not for profit entities
  • Support our Bankers, Underwriters, Treasury, and Product Partners to provide a range of solutions while honing your financial and client-facing skills.

MMBSI - Capital & Advisory Solutions

  • Support mid-size corporations through specific types of financial transactions and analysis including modeling, cashflow or collateral analysis, mergers, acquisitions and more
  • Support underwriters, bankers and originators to perform an array of tasks that build your critical thinking and credit structuring skillset

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
• Pursing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date of December 2025 through June 2026

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
• Coursework in business, finance, or accounting

To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. If you meet the minimum criteria for the Insight Program application, you will receive an invitation to complete a recorded HireVue interview. Please note applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. We strongly encourage you to complete your HireVue video(s) within 1 week of receiving. The local delivery model, coupled with the firm's global resources, offers clients customized, comprehensive solutions and personalized service by building long-term relationships.
