10. Drive Continuous Improvement and E2E Issues Resolution

11. Create and Implement End-to-End Metrics

12. Provide Regional Insights for E2E Supply Chain Visibility and Analytics

13. Collaborate on Cost to Serve Optimization

14. Develop Talent for Functional Excellence in the Regional Deliver Team

15. Implement People Strategy Across All Organizational Levels

16. Build Diverse, High-Performance Teams with Mission Focus

Qualifications

Required

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics

• 10+ years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility managing large, multi-site, global organizations, with end-to-end supply chain experience.

• 12+ years of people management and leadership.

• Direct roles across distribution, customer service, transportation and logistics.

• Experience with the global demands of the role specifically: multi-cultural / multi country locations and applicable local labor law, healthcare regulatory requirements, tax law, and logistics.

• Knowledge of global demands, including multi-cultural/multi-country locations, local labor law, healthcare regulatory requirements, tax law, and logistics.

• Strong business and financial acumen, with experience managing high value businesses or capital investment programs, with implications to P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.

• Successful track record in leading large, complex, global businesses or programs

• Expertise in Deliver related technology, applications, and software

• Background in Distribution, Customer Service, Transportation or Logistics

• Experience in developing strategic plans that align with corporate goals.

• Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and retain diverse supply chain talents, with a track record in building robust leadership pipelines.

• Strong leadership skills in leading and developing high-performing senior end-to-end teams.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Preferred

• MBA or equivalent

• Diverse business background with direct experience in multiple Medical Devices and or Diagnostics companies.

• Demonstrated impact in increasingly complex leadership roles, including roles requiring orchestration and influence; E2E mindset and collaborative, influence-based leadership approach

• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity across a broad portfolio of initiatives

• Understanding of financial processes such as P&L calculation, last mile delivery, and COGS.

• Exposure to a global environment in previous roles leading supply chain.

• Green Belt Certification, Black Belt / Master Black Belt Certification.

• Industry experience in two of the following: Healthcare, Medical Device, Electronics, or FMCG
