The TPPIT department is a critical part of the Preclinical Sciences and Translational Safety organization in Johnson & Johnson and is committed to the development of safe and effective therapeutics in all Therapeutic Area (TA) across multiple modalities. We are currently seeking an outstanding individual to join our group as an intern for the summer of 2025 for a project focused on informing translational PK/PD strategy of Antibody Drug Conjugates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carefully review and compile internal and external PK/PD, efficacy and safety data of Antibody Drug conjugates
  • Conduct PK/PD analysis and fit-for purpose PK/PD modeling with the updated database to support project specific questions on clinical translation of pre-clinical data
  • Summarize results and present key scientific findings


Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree (Masters, PhD or PharmD) in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering or related fields
  • Must be enrolled in university throughout the entire duration of the internship period
  • Candidates must be available to work full time for 10-12 weeks during the summer of 2025.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the US at the time of, and for the duration of their employment and will be required to furnish evidence of work authorization

Experience and Skills:

  • Candidates must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized, and have excellent problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with PK/PD and modeling/simulation concepts
  • Hands on experience with at least one commonly used modeling tools (Eg: Phoenix WinNonlin, Monolix, Matlab or others) is desired.
