Position Overview:

As the Product Owner for the Vision Americas Digital Experience squad, you will be responsible for leading the development and improvement of our digital marketing solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders, to deliver innovative marketing campaigns and front-end improvements on our professional and consumer facing websites, that align with our product strategy and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap for the US market, aligned with overall company objectives and the team's overall strategy.

Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with the business strategy and delivers maximum value to the customers. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure successful delivery of product features on time and within scope. Shape user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams, providing clear guidance on product features and functionality.

Release Planning: Participate in release planning and coordinate with teams to deliver high-quality releases, ensuring a smooth and seamless user experience.

Metrics and Analytics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of product features and inform future development decisions. Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to drive improvements in marketing strategies.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for platform processes, data flows, order flows, and other key process and features of platform.

User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback, incorporating insights into the product development process to continuously improve and enhance all stages of the customer journey.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to find opportunities for innovation. Leverage insights from market research to enhance product offerings.

Project Management: Oversee digital marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Monitor and report on project progress and budget adherence.

User Experience Focus: Advocate for user-centered design principles to enhance the customer journey across digital platforms. Ensure that digital marketing assets are optimized for user engagement and conversion rates.

Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing effectiveness. Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for future strategies.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Encourage continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Technology and Tools: Evaluate and recommend digital marketing technologies and tools to enhance productivity and effectiveness. Ensure the integration of marketing technology with existing systems.

Qualifications

Required -

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Proven experience managing financials and budgets.

Preferred -

  • People management experience with proven ability to develop and motivate talent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience leading technology initiatives across multiple geographies and business areas.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to align technology strategies with business goals, objectives, and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with external partners, including vendors and suppliers.
  • Strong knowledge with MACH architecture with Full Stack UIUX, APIs and CRM integrations.
