Working within an impactful High Performance Team environment, this role will own vision and prioritization of new features and/or enhancements to product / platform and help translate business needs into prioritized user stories, accountable for value delivery and value realization. This successful candidate will collaborate as part of the team under the Site IT Leader for Gurabo plant in Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy

  • Accountable for assigned Product strategies at the site, and innovative technology solutions.
  • Responsible for vision, roadmap, portfolio, investments, and priorities of enhancements to a product (applications), platforms, or solutions.

Business Relationship Management

  • Partners with supply chain business functions to shape & deliver business capabilities for the site while ensuring a reliable, compliant, and secure environment.
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge about the business areas supported including its strategies, functional processes, and site business roles

Portfolio

  • Accountable for Product features roadmap/deployments
  • Owns Delivery of technology capabilities for the portfolio of Products at the plant. Drives Speed to Value and Agile adoption.

Financial Management

  • Drive opportunities for cost optimization for the Plant. Has a good understanding of the product costs and partners with site finance.
  • Owns all financial aspects of the product & corresponding portfolio management (Cost-to-Deliver, Product End to End Lifecycle and Total Cost of Ownership).

E2E Operational Plant Technology Ownership - Products & Processes

  • Supports Site Leader in accountability for technology Operational efficiencies, ensuring a reliable cost-efficient and secure environment. Drives Continuous improvements, delivering on financial commitments.
  • Overall Relevant scope of technology Products at the Site / Product Objectives/Key Results accountability


Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field; graduate degree in Data Science or other quantitative field is preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience and demonstrated leadership in Technology
  • Minimum of 3+ years of working experience in Supply Chain/Manufacturing space
  • Knowledge in end-to-end supply chain and emerging information technologies is preferred
  • A strong understanding of product development lifecycle, compliance, business theory, management, budgeting, and business office operations are all highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (Spanish and English), interpersonal skills, strong negotiating skills, and the ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with exceptional service orientation are all requirements for this position
  • Understanding the business impact of different solutions and the ability to assess the impact and communicate the tradeoffs between business needs, technology requirements, timelines, costs, and risks is required
