The Johnson & Johnson Technology organization provides technology direction and product management for the North America Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine franchises. Technologists provide leadership in demand management, technical design, product management, business process/analysis, quality, and compliance.

This role will support the Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS) organization as they build the next generation of Patient Specialist technologies. They will drive the execution of data management, governance, integration, and migration processes across systems. This role is critical in ensuring that data flows seamlessly across various platforms and is used effectively to improve patient experiences and serve our patients and providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business and technical product owners, technology leaders, and JCP functional team leads to understand patient data needs and ensure the delivery of efficient technology solutions.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of data integrations across various systems and third-party vendors, ensuring the highest quality and availability of data.
  • Commitment to improve data integrations, providing guidance and support to both technical and non-technical partners.
  • Evolve the PECS data and integration strategy through continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.
  • Establish a patient data governance framework to identify and implement improvements in data quality, integrity, and accessibility across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, with a strong focus on HIPAA, and implement appropriate security measures to protect patient data.
  • Foster positive relationships with external partners and vendors to facilitate effective data sharing and integration with patient data.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analytics to drive patient experience initiatives and improve outcomes.
  • Support a positive team to enable an authentic and open environment that grows with the diverse experiences and perspectives of the team.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of product or technology experience is required.
  • Experience building and delivering technical solutions is required.
  • Proficiency in data migration, data management, and relevant programming languages is critical.
  • Experience with data integration platforms and cloud technologies is required.
  • Understanding of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) is preferred.
  • Experience in products built on Salesforce Health Cloud or Service Cloud is required.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and empower a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-starter mentality and focus on delivering results.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and operate with patience and integrity in a high-profile and constantly evolving environment is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proven track record in leading projects/integrations from start to finish.
  • Experience leading teams to deliver integrated solutions, create artifacts to convey concepts and ideas, and build release plans and roadmaps to convey delivery plans.
  • Analyze and understand data and trends and deliver process improvement plans to address areas of opportunity.
  • Ability to document and communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners.
  • Up to 15% travel within the New Jersey/Pennsylvania area, and occasional travel across North America is required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $144,900.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. • Please use the following language:

    • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
