Position Summary

The Strategy & Innovation Analyst will interact closely with multiple teams such as Regional Sales, Contract Management, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and Distribution to put together the most appropriate offers to serve our customers and uphold our strategies. The Strategy & Innovation Analyst will work as the conversion quarterback with Regional Sales and Customers on the end-to-end process from initiation to implementation of the contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional sales to uncover Customer unmet needs and opportunities for savings and growth

• Develop detailed offers using product knowledge, business insights, and professional judgment while adhering to contracting strategies and price matrices.

• Develop meticulous, error-proof offers and analysis, maintaining a high attention to detail, while identifying emerging patterns, trends, and insights across offers.

• Display a high degree of ownership for the offer and it fits within our strategic and financial objectives. Coordinate review of requests that require further approval.

• Maintain appropriate documentation in accordance with SOX 404 requirements.

• Identify areas for improvement within systems, processes, and interactions. Surface and provide recommendations regularly to management to support our objective for continuous improvement.

• Take an active role in developing and improving training materials and SOPs.

• Support development and maintenance of tools for DSeA and conversion implementation.

• Serve as account conversion quarterback at the time of conversion working with Regional Sales and customer to deliver a best-in-class customer service experience

• Complete all offer elements before the due date and provide any required information to the contracting and customer service teams for agreement implementation.

• Drive adherence to protocols and business rules while still respecting individual customer needs.

• Serve as the SME for business partners.

Qualifications

Required skills & experience:

• At least 3 years of work experience.

• Experience working in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or the Financial Services industry.

• Proficient in MS Excel with experience extracting significant detailed data sets from various sources, concatenating, analyzing, and reporting out via dashboard summaries.

• The ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment and gain support from a wide range of collaborators.

• Proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent deliverables for different end users.

Preferred skills & experience:

• At least 3 years in Contract Management, Finance, Pricing, Operations, Logistics, or another related field.

• Motivated and analytical problem solver who can effectively analyze competitive landscapes, economic objectives, and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making and implementation.

• Proven analytical problem-solving skills, with experience analyzing sophisticated data and providing data driven solutions in a timely manner.

• Data-driven; ability to gather and translate data into strategies and solutions.

• Experience with contract execution, performance monitoring, and project ownership.

Other:

• The preferred location is the campus in West Chester, PA, however being fully remote within the continental United States will be considered. And up to 30% of business travel is required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $59,000 to $85,100.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

    • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
