Key Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation of effective communication and marketing strategies to promote the R&D Quality organization, engage stakeholders, and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Draft compelling messages and utilize various communication channels to enhance R&D Quality's brand reputation, market research, campaign management, driving engagement, and conveying key information to target audience.
  • Responsible for creating and leading design elements related to branding, marketing, and communications for R&D Quality including but not limited to: visual identity, user interface, video, infographics, graphic design, website management.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of change management and communication efforts and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support Regulatory Inspection readiness initiatives and activities as appropriate


Qualifications

Education:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's in an appropriate field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus) or related medical/scientific field is required.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in the healthcare industry.
  • This position requires a broad understanding and knowledge of Quality and Compliance functions and work practices.
  • Strong design abilities and understanding of design principles
  • Experience with design tools and multimedia software.
  • Demonstrated ability to build graphics and images that increase brand awareness and conversion rates.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple change initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting abilities, with the dedication to convey sophisticated concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Proficient in utilizing various communication channels and tools, including social media platforms, content management systems, and media monitoring tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical attitude, with the ability to assess the impact of change and develop appropriate strategies. Familiarity with media relations practices and experience in handling media inquiries.
  • Creative problem solver with a strategic mentality, capable of adapting messages to diverse audiences and communication platforms.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with partners at all levels.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and ability to use metrics to measure communication efficiency.
  • Ability to adapt to a multifaceted and evolving organization, demonstrating resilience and flexibility.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting senior level forums
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Experience collaborating in a cross-functional and/or matrix team environment
  • Flexibility to respond to changing business needs
  • Demonstrates ability to operate in an environment of culturally diverse styles and business approaches by understanding regional and global business structures.

Other:

  • This position anticipates up to 10% travel
  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $144,900.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

  • Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
