The Sales Support team has responsibility to Develop and Deploy strategies in collaboration with Field Sales to enable sales growth objectives through ensuring appropriate resources are available and balanced throughout the US market. The team supports Field Sales Management in achieving optimal inventory turns efficiency utilizing advanced analytics. This role is the liaison between Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain relative to end-to-end efficient order / purchase order management.
In support of efficient inventory turns management to support sales growth this role is responsible for developing and providing advanced analytics and Insights to sales leadership. The role directly contributes to achieving sales objectives and has a high level of interaction with sales leadership at multiple levels. This role will support Projects through effective leadership.
Responsibilities include:
- Sales and inventory reporting is developed, presented and or distributed to senior levels of the sales organization through live presentations, through dashboards and email on a scheduled basis or ad hoc basis.
- Liaison with Field Sales / Marketing on Open Orders Trauma and CMF operating companies.
- Develop improved and or new tools that support the field sales organization improvement in sales and inventory performance.
- Develop and Deploy strategies in collaboration with Field Sales to enable sales growth objectives.
- Support Field Sales Management in achieving optimal inventory turns efficiency based on sales territory recommendations.
- Support the return, allocation, or reallocation of inventory through data tools.
- Development and support of field sales systems that drive efficiencies in the end-to-end Sales Process.
- Create solutions to better track inventory leakage and returns.
- Performs various data mining activities and analysis for sales and inventory stakeholders.
- Support hands on-site physical inventory activities when required (FSO infield identification/packing support).
The Sales Support team may be structured in teams that focus on various areas of the duties and responsibilities of the Sales Support Specialist, and it may be the Sales Support Specialist could be rotated between the focus teams.
Qualifications
- BA/BS required
- 3 years minimum business experience required.
- Analytical tools i.e. Advanced Excel required, Tableau or Power BI a plus.
- Exposure to data management for analysis required.
- Experience with inventory and sales analysis required.
- Successful experience with leading and coordination of projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong history utilizing Microsoft office applications.
- Ability to work independently required.
- Ability to effectively develop and present oral presentations.
- Experience with development of Power Apps a plus.
- History of utilizing an ERP system i.e. SAP
- Experience in the Medical Device industry Preferred but not required.
- Background in operations, commercial operations, and inventory management a plus.
- Position is based in either West Chester, PA or Raynham, MA
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $76,000 to $121,900.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
