The Senior Analyst, Commercial Operations & Reporting - Call Planning & Alignments serves as a liaison and partner with home office, field partners, and suppliers to develop and implement therapeutic area specific sales force structures, territory coverage and call plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the Subject Matter Expert resource in multifaceted engagement plan, call plan, alignment, for the business unit, interacting with all levels within the organization.
  • Serves as point of contact for external suppliers in support of call planning & alignment efforts and outputs.
  • Assists the Associate Director, Commercial Operations & Reporting with implementation of new call plan strategies and optimization projects.
  • Partners closely with internal IT and multiple suppliers supporting Commercial Operations & Reporting call planning & alignment functions, updates, improvements, and corrections.
  • Investigates reported issues in collaboration with internal team members and suppliers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Works closely with the Associate Director, Commercial Operations & Reporting to develop and optimize the use of the Javelin suite of tools for alignment, multifaceted engagement plan, call plan and roster purposes.
  • Responsible for the RDT (Region/District/Territory) structure and Roster Management process.
  • Partners with sales incentive compensation team to ensure appropriate timing of alignment and multifaceted engagement plan/call plan changes.
  • Partners with At Your Services team to lead the overall issue resolution process by evaluating alignment and multifaceted engagement plan/call plan related inquiries and provides solutions.
  • Guides partners to ensure awareness of timelines and expectations while working toward published SLAs.
  • Provides standard and ad-hoc analysis on dynamic engagement plan, call plan and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborates with Commercial Operations & Reporting, IT and vendors to understand, address and present solutions to issues following a detailed and systematic process to identify root causes and sharing outcomes. Methodically tracks and trends investigations to uncover and address themes.
  • Develops and maintains SharePoint one-stop portal to inform sales team of current/upcoming dynamic engagement plan, call plan, alignment maintenance cycles, and IC/Performance reporting periods.
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with vendors.
  • Responsible for collaborating with peers across business units to share ideas, improve productivity, efficiency and simplify processes.
  • Continuously seeks ways to increase sales operations efficiency.


Qualifications

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience required.
  • Experience with syndicated data sources required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office required.
  • Strong analytical skills required.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • SQL, SharePoint, and Salesforce.com (Veeva) experience preferred.
  • Prevus experience with sales force call plan/alignment processes and field reporting platforms preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $77,000 to $124,200.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

    • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
