A Specialist Distribution Materials III will have the opportunity to work in a high paced warehouse environment supporting production builds, receiving, put away and shipments of products to our customers. This role will contribute to meeting our customer commitments in a highly regulated industry. This role will interact with all support functions that supports production and service. Experienced support individual contributor that executes tasks that are typically routine. Provides support for internal teams in the Materials Handling function. Follows routine administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of shipments of materials and supplies. Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving product into the SAP system
  • Put away of components once released from incoming inspection
  • Daily cycle count activities
  • Transfers of materials to different departments
  • Order fulfilment and shipment of products
  • Field service support for spare parts distribution


Qualifications

Education:

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Has experience driving forklifts and box trucks
  • 2-4 years in a warehouse environment
  • Has experience working in a team environment
  • Worked in an order fulfillment role

Preferred:

  • Has worked in a warehouse environment in the medical device industry
  • Has experience with SAP

Other:

Completes tasks for the support function of the Materials Handling unit under general supervision, and follows routine administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.

Collects and files all receipt tickets and other required documents to maintain an archive of delivered materials, and performs cycle count to ensure accuracy and control of inventory volumes.

Places, organizes, and stocks received products into warehouse-assigned stock locations to complete inventory filling duties.

Assists in the delivery of materials to assigned locations, including warehouse facilities and company establishments.

Additional Information:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $49,000 to $68,000.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. •

    • Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
    • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
    • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
