The SI&D Lead, TECA & Sports' Scope of responsibilities include:
• In collaboration with the Vice President, TECA & Sports Supply Chain, will be accountable for collaborating with the TECA & Sports Supply Chain Leadership Team to help shape and prioritize individual business strategies into a holistic E2E TECA & Sports SC Strategy.
• Manage process, governance, metrics, and analytics for the TECA & Sports SC Portfolio (PMO) including capital, expense and value capture across the platform.
• Ownership of TECA & Sports Value Capture Plan (VCP), oversee cost action governance structure to drive value through cost reduction, cost avoidance and optimization in the TECA & Sports Supply Chain, setting and achieving year over year efficiency.
• Facilitate ideation and business cases for new strategic programs, value capture and supply chain network. Execute key strategic programs, as identified.
• Lead Financial and Strategic Planning cycles and ensure integration with Business partners strategies and the long-range financial plan (LRFP).
• Manage the Business Process team who will drive the ideation, adoption, and implementation of critical programs to drive increased performance on cost, quality and reliability and deploy necessary capabilities across the TECA & Sports SC network.
• Lead the development of Yearly G&Os and Quarterly Business Reviews for the TECA & Sports Supply Chain, capturing progress toward objectives and delivering value to the organization.
• Responsible for Joints SC Team Governance and strategic support, leading team meetings, town halls, communication strategy, leadership reviews and supporting key events.
• Lead the TECA & Sports Interdependency forum, drive prioritization and resolution across key programs/portfolio within Joints Recon
• In alignment with Orthopaedics TECA & Sports, manage TECA & Sports SC Capital and OpEx, Portfolio Governance and Metrics.
• Define and execute resource management model for HC prioritization, organization optimization, talent strategies.
• Perform portfolio analytics as needed to support Strategic Planning and Portfolio Management.
• In collaboration with Network strategy team and Value Stream leads, partner to ensure products are appopriately sited and capacity is in alignment with future business needs.
• Develop next line of strategic and business leaders for the TECA & Sports Supply Chain
• Performs other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications
• A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant professional work experience
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and/or University degree required; advanced MBA degree preferred.
• A minimum of five (5) years of people management experience
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to lead a cross-functional global teams required.
• Ability to develop individuals within an organization required
• Project management experience required
• Advanced knowledge of end to end product supply and distribution, and MRP/ERP systems required
• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in bridging technical and business disciplines, evaluating and determining appropriate risks required
• Lean manufacturing and six-sigma methodology experience preferred
• Product cost management and budget management preferred
• This role may require up to 25% travel - Domestic/international
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 146000 to 251850.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
