Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for an SI&D Lead to join the Strategy, Innovation, & Deployment (SI&D) organization within the Orthopaedics business unit, to be located in any of the following locations: Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Zuchwil, CH, Cork, IE, Raynham, MA, Raritan, NJ, West Chester, PA, or Warsaw, IN!
This role will lead portfolio and performance governance processes, change management, and organizational engagement supporting the global Strategy, Innovation, & Deployment team. This high-visibility, high-impact role will report into the SI&D Leader for supply chain in Orthopaedics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and implementation of the SI&D Strategy and associated ways of working across the portfolio of strategic programs, projects, and initiatives.
- Develop and cascade organizational goals & objectives.
- Design, implement, and lead a process for performance metrics to measure SI&D team execution and effectiveness
- Develop and implement a change management and business engagement strategy to standardize and optimize communications around performance and portfolio
- Establish and facilitate governance forums including establishing the appropriate cadence, timing, agendas, participants, tracking and documentation of action plans.
- Partner with SI&D Leader and finance to prepare information supporting the strategic business cycles including Strategic Plan (Long Range Financial Plan) and Business Plan through the financial forecasting and prioritization cycles.
- Facilitate meaningful team engagements, including leadership meetings, workshops, and Town Halls
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education:
- Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, or supply chain fields
Required:
- 6 or more years of relevant business experience in positions of increasing responsibility
- Experience managing projects/programs, stakeholders, and/or organizational change in a matrixed organization
- Ability to create and communicate a compelling future vision, gaining alignment and support
- Proven success in crafting strategies and effectively conveying ideas through verbal / written / visual communication
- Strong understanding of process and/or business excellence tools and methodologies
- Ability to influence decision-making and achieve consensus through effective team facilitation and collaboration with all levels of management
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally
Preferred:
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in science, business, or supply chain management
- Financial knowledge, including business case development experience
- Experience with MedTech and/or Orthopaedics supply chain
- Training or certifications in Process Excellence, Project Management tools and methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, FPX)
- Global experience
