Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement validation protocols to ensure the smooth functioning of essential systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to identify validation requirements and effectively implement them.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop validation plans in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Perform validation testing, analyze data, and generate comprehensive reports to support decision-making.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance validation processes and efficiency.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Stay informed about current industry trends and effective validation strategies to stay ahead of the competition.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of related work experience is required.
  • Proven experience as a Validation Engineer is required.
  • Experience in a regulated industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of validation principles, methods, and tools is required.
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and standards such as FDA, ISO, and GMP is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address validation issues effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work with strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams from different departments.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated with a drive to achieve excellence in all aspects of work.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $144,900.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
