In the GCSO JJT product group, we work to maximize the competitive value of our global pipeline and portfolio by delivering impactful digital marketing and education, powering data-driven shaping of portfolio strategy, and amplifying organizational readiness for pipeline assets using technology.

As the Senior Product Manager, GCSO, you will build and run global commercial data and analytics products, including AI and GenAI enabled products. You will partner with global strategy and analytics colleagues as the key technology leader of products and platforms that power vital organizational decision-making, including competitive intelligence, market research, and commercial performance data. In addition to running existing products, this entrepreneurial role offers significant opportunity to drive technology strategy and development of novel data platforms, products, features, and AI enabled use cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technology product management for global commercial data products, including internal and external performance data, competitive intelligence, and market research
  • Develop product vision and strategy and lead cross-functional execution across JJT and external teams throughout the full product lifecycle
  • Manage existing products while building a vision and prioritized roadmap for new features, products, platforms, and AI enablement
  • Build deep understanding of business challenges and engage with business partners in conceptualization, opportunity framing, success metric definition, prioritization, roadmap alignment, and investment recommendations
  • Own technical project planning, execution and support including budget and funding management, progress and performance tracking, and value tracking and communication
  • Proactively communicate product strategy, roadmap, deployment status, value realization, and portfolio results with different levels of business collaborators including senior management
  • Shape and lead global, diverse, and highly engaged teams, working to build a positive, inclusive culture
  • Define success metrics, establish tracking methods, assess progress, and iterate approach as needed to optimize success metrics
  • Explore opportunities to contribute to and lead initiatives in other GCSO product areas, e.g., Precision Medicine, Digital Health, and other Global Patient Identification


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, economics, or other STEM or related field; master's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of related technology experience
  • Experience in health care preferred
  • Experience with data and/or AI product management preferred
  • Experience working across functions and building relationships in order to achieve results and inspire change in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience leading innovation and building a product portfolio to deliver customer value and generate business impact.
  • Strong capacity to drive and lead multiple competing initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment with continuous improvement approach.
  • Experience developing business use cases and driving value delivery, including estimating return on investment, cash flow impact, and other key business metrics in supply chain.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills and ability to communicate technology concepts to cross-functional colleagues
  • Energetic self-starter with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial approach

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118000 to $203550.

Bonus Language: - The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
