This position is accountable for the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and correspondent planning of the production requirements, of all bulk and finished good products required to fulfill our global customer requirements. This role will also be the point of Contact with Global business partners on end to end products lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for MPS/Business Planning process and Inventory Management responsibilities for the product portfolio.
- Own the deployment of the MPS into production once analyzed in the short and midterm periods.
- Understands Quality systems to support product portfolio.
- Ensures MPS and or Forecast have been entered into Inventory system.
- Perform rough-cut capacity Planning and alignment in Production systems to meet customers' requirements.
- Develop MPS for Planning Horizon.
- Thoroughly understands and follows all Materials Management processes, policies and procedures.
- Monitors products life cycle activities to ensure net requirements and planning strategies are aligned.
- Accountable to supervise/control inventories at site level to minimize obsolescence and discard.
- Connects with other Planning partners to ensure detail schedule aligns to MPS/rough cut plan.
- Assures finished products and work in process master data is updated in a timely manner on all corresponding systems.
- Responsible to escalate and/or provide information as required on net requirements, sales, or new items that could affect plant execution.
- Prepares and updates the site as part of renewal process. Ensures monthly plan and planned orders are aligned for extraction to be used in renewal and SRM related processes.
- Monitors products demand and sales trends to ensure accurate actions are taken to sustain product availability and accurate inventory levels of WIP, raw materials and packaging components.
- Responsible for inventory projections and achieving targets.
- Responsible for achieving targets in key performance indicators including but not limited to: CoC, plan attainment, stock-outs and inventory.
- Coordinates Planning activities with external teams to Support extended new product introductions.
- Observes all company policies, procedures, programs, systems, rules and regulations at all times of all compliance areas.
- Makes decisions, works with precision at a fast pace.
- Customer driven.
Qualifications
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelors and/ or equivalent University degree, required.
- Supply Chain or Six Sigma Certification is preferred (e.g., APICS, Yellow Belt, Master Planning, Project Management, FPx)
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- A minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
- Capable to prepare adequate documentation, such as Change Control, ETS, SOP's, Wl's, as per required
- Understanding and knowledge of Quality systems
- Ability to build an environment that encourages collaboration and participation to achieve results
- Excellent communication and skills to connect with teammates and other department
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Preferred:
- Experience planning activities with external teams to Support extended new product introductions
Other:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
