Position Overview:
As the Senior Manager, Systems and Analytics, you will:
- Drive and deliver scalable data infrastructure in partnership with Customer Insights & Analytics, Data Strategy, and IT teams for our next generation analytics platform
- Effectively create elegant data solutions that address business requirements and other constraints
- Build and implement data science insight generation capabilities into our next generation analytics platform
- Eliminate unwarranted complexity and unneeded interdependencies
- Detect data quality issues, identify root causes, implement fixes, and design data audits to collect issues
- Build processes and diagnostics tools to solve, maintain and optimize solutions and respond to customer and production issues
- Facilitate proactive research of emerging technologies and develop strategic recommendations that would increase value or improve efficiencies
- Collaborate with multi-functional partners on market-based analytics to translate trends and insights into relevant strategies or modifications as appropriate.
- Partner with broader Customer Solutions organization on system & tool implementations.
- Prioritize and lead multiple concurrent deliverables for different end users.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in information technology, engineering, math, computer science, analytics, or other related field)
- 7+ years of combined experience in data engineering, ingestion, normalization, alignment, transformation, aggregation, modeling, and storage
- 7+ years of experience leading complex data projects and programs
- 7+ years of experience leading concurrent data & analytics initiatives with minimal guidance
- 5+ years of experience in managing large healthcare data assets using SQL or Python or other similar querying/coding language
- Experience building & supporting data pipelines that power analytical content within common reporting and business intelligence platforms (e.g. Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience developing and integrating data science insights models is preferred
- Experience contributing to cross-functional efforts, with proven success in creating healthcare insights
- Experience supporting need for investments in data management to business leaders
- Depth of experience and proven track record creating and maintaining sophisticated data frameworks for healthcare organizations is preferred
- Advanced degrees or certifications (preferably in information technology, engineering, math, computer science, analytics, engineering or other related field) is preferred
- Ability to influence and align cross functional partners towards overall business objectives while understanding and respecting individual business objectives.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

- Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
- Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
- Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year
- Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
