Job Duties: Lead the design of a pricing strategy that can provide a competitive advantage to the overall CSS portfolio and drive tactical price recommendations to maximize product value. Support marketing leadership in preparing for new product launches by leading the pricing strategy for these products. Offer data-driven suggestions for current product pricing strategies, both globally and at regional levels. Develop a communication strategy for pricing rationale in collaboration with other stakeholders across the organization. Provide pricing input to key planning and budget processes. Synthesize customer, industry, and competitive insights and intelligence to guide channel and franchise pricing strategies. Create a standardized market modeling process that encompasses all geographies and marketing efforts. Lead external market research.

Qualifications
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Senior Manager, Strategic Insights and Pricing CSS-related occupation.

- Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
